The Ideal : 22ct Gold “Comfort Fit” Court Wedding Band, Hallmarked Birmingham 1934
$63.55
$90.24
My friends on Instagram had quite the time with the K date letter on this ring. Many of us was convinced that it looks most like the K for 1859, but after travelling down endless rabbit holes it would appear that the Birmingham 1859 K was stamped sideways! So this can’t be it. The alternate candidate is for 1934, in the interwar period. This gorgeous band is an absolute delight to wear, its buttery smoothness feels sublime on the finger. The glowing patina of well loved 22ct gold is like nothing else Manufacture: Modelled in solid 22ct gold, hallmarked to the inside of the band with a full suite of British hallmarks for Birmingham 1934 with makers mark SH for Samuel Hope. The convex interior of the band makes it exceptionally comfortable to wear. This style is often referred to as a “comfort fit” or “court” band. 2.52mm wide, 1.4mm thick. Weighs 2.68 grams. Size: (Aus/UK) K (USA) 5.25 (International) 50 resizable, but please be aware resizing will remove the patina. We do offer a resizing service, please get in touch for a quote. Condition: Excellent. In absolutely beautiful antique condition with a delicate aged patina. There is no visible evidence of repair or resize.
