The plastic film holds together the designs and letters cut on the film when cutting. This makes it easier to weed and remove unwanted materials. There is a very strong cohesive force between the plastic film carrier and the glass beads. This ensures that the logo stays on the film when cutting and weeding – the logo or design doesn’t easily fall. The sticky or adhesive layer holds the logo on to the film carrier during cutting and weeding. When a mistake is done during weeding, it could be reversed and this is good for thin logos.
