It's basically a super strong, adjustable line that you can tension between two sturdy trees (at least 12 inches in diameter) or posts. The main line is 11 meters long total, with a 1.8-meter ratchet end for tightening and a 9.2-meter section that has 14 loops sewn in for attaching obstacles. You get 7 obstacles included: 2 gymnastics rings, 2 monkey swing bars, and 3 rope knots (for 'swing fists'). They all attach with special triangle screw-lock carabiners so they won't slip. You can set them up in any order. The whole thing can also be used as a regular slackline if you just want to practice balance. It comes with a ratchet protector, a carrying handle, and a storage bag. Max weight capacity is 113 kg (about 250 lbs).
