The raised dot pattern gives this an interesting and yet soft texture. This is a knit fabric with some stretch, although it is not as thin and stretchy as some of the poorer quality minky fabrics that are available.SoftMinky fabric is beautifully soft to the touch, which makes it ideal for baby and children sewing projects. It also works well for soft furnishing and other craft items. The raised pattern on this fabric does not make it any less soft than other types of minky fabric.Machine washableFully machine washable, we would recommend that you cool or warm wash and cool tumble dry. Do not iron as this can damage the pile of the fabric. Heat can also remove the dimple pattern from the fabric and so where possible only use cool temperatures when laundering. This fabric should not need prewashing before sewing as it will not shrink, although a wash will remove any impurities left from the manufacturing process.Sold in 50 x 50 cm cuts, 1/2 meter or 1 meter lengths. The fabric width is 150 cm approx.
